Description
TifGrand is a unique hybrid Bermuda grass developed specifically for its exceptional shade tolerance, requiring only about 4-5 hours of direct sunlight per day. This makes it an excellent choice for Phoenix lawns that have areas with partial shade, such as under trees or near buildings. Despite its shade tolerance, TifGrand also performs well in full sun, offering versatility for various yard conditions. It has a fine texture and a dark green color, providing an attractive appearance. However, its drought tolerance is only fair, so it may require more water than other Bermuda grasses during the peak summer months. TifGrand’s damage recovery is fair, making it suitable for lawns with moderate traffic. It can be mowed at heights between 1/2″ and 1 1/2″ using a reel or sharp rotary mower. For Phoenix homeowners with shaded areas or those looking for a grass that can handle varying light conditions, TifGrand is an excellent option.

Turf grass is a perishable product. It does have to be Installed the same day it is delivered. If the turf grass goes bad you will still be charged for it. The turf grass will have to be reordered & you will be responsible for this payment too.
